VEON Moves Forward with Kyivstar’s Landmark Nasdaq Listing; Signs Definitive Business Combination Agreement with Cohen Circle

On March 18, 2025, VEON and Cohen Circle announced the signing of a business combination agreement that will result in the listing of Kyivstar, the leading digital operator in Ukraine, on the Nasdaq in the United States. Following the completion of the business combination, Kyivstar is expected to become the first purely Ukrainian investment opportunity to be publicly listed on a U.S. stock exchange, enabling U.S. and other international investors to participate more directly in Kyivstar’s growth and the broader recovery of the Ukrainian economy.
